John Pizutelli has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership effectiveness. With a background in psychology and statistics, he partners with executive teams to assess what’s happening inside their organizations, identify what’s getting in the way of performance, and translate insight into clear, practical action.

John specializes in culture assessment and employee engagement measurement—designing and delivering customized surveys that align with each organization’s strategy, structure, and goals. He works closely with leaders to shape the right questions (quantitative and open-ended), manages survey implementation end-to-end, and delivers fully anonymous, aggregated analysis leaders can trust. His work often includes key driver analysis to pinpoint the factors that most influence engagement for specific teams, functions, or divisions, and he supports leadership and boards with action planning so results lead to measurable change—not shelfware.

John’s leadership experience spans global companies across consumer products, technology, biotechnology, publishing, logistics, and distribution, giving him a strong perspective on culture across countries and operating environments.

John holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Lafayette College, a master’s degree in psychology from The New School University, and a doctorate in organizational psychology from Rutgers University.

When he’s not working, John enjoys reading, movies, biking, and (bad) golf.
