Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Rider University. A long-standing member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), he has served as a board member and president of the SEPA-SHRM Chapter. He has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a Certified Taking Flight with DISC Trainer.
An avid fan of the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and Sixers, he also enjoys playing golf with friends.
